If you live outside Brazil and you want to buy one of our products, you can send us an e-mail to email@example.com with the subject "International Order". In the e-mail specify the products you are interested in and include your shipping address [name, address with city, country, zip code and phone number].
As soon as we get your message, we will check if we can ship the requested items as well as the available shipping methods for your country.
Once you have chosen a shipping method, we will send you an invoice containing the list of the products, their individual prices and the total amount to be paid. We will attach a link for payment by using PayPal.
When your payment is cleared we will ship your order within 2 business days. A tracking number will be sent within 3 business days after dispatch.
We are allowed to ship items internationally, but some restrictions may apply.
We can ship tour leftovers, special edition items and products that are not available at other international online stores.
Shipping rates may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
We accept international payments through PayPal.
For international payments, we charge an additional 6.5% over the total amount to cover the fee that PayPal deducts from every transaction we receive, even if sent as a gift.
Tracking numbers are available for every order within 3 business days after the package is shipped.
