01. How to
If you live outside of Brazil and want to buy one of our products, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com with the subject "International Order". On the e-mail content, relate the products you are interested in and include your shipping address [name, address with city, country, zip code and phone number].
As soon as we get your message we will check if we can ship the products you're interested in and the shipping methods available for your country. Once you choose the desired shipping method, we will send you an invoice with the products, prices and total attached with a link for payment using PayPal.
After your payment is cleared we will ship your order within 2 business days. A tracking number will be sent within 3 business days after shipping your order.
02. Products Available
We are allowed to ship some items internationally, but some restrictions may apply.
We can ship tour leftovers, special edition items and products that are not available at other international online stores.
03. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen.
We accept international payments through PayPal.
For international payments, PayPal deducts 6.5% for every transaction when we receive the funds, even if sent as a gift.
05. Tracking numbers
Tracking numbers are available for every order with 3 business days after the package is shipped.
